I began seeing Dr. Munro for assistance with migraine headaches. I have suffered from migraines for about fourteen years without relief for much of the time. Eventually, a few years ago I was put on a daily medication for the migraines, which did provide relief but also had some negative side effects. Most recently, even the daily medication was not preventing my migraines and they were happening much more frequently. I made the decision to try something different and went to see Dr. Munro. With her input and assistance, I made many diet changes that were not too difficult to do, with some effort and a willingness to change. I am now off the daily medication completely, and barely have migraines as compared to before. My energy has also improved, I feel much better and have received many compliments on how radiant I look. Dr. Munro helped me obtain relief from my migraines and has changed my life.

 

Hello, Dr. Munro- I just wanted to take a minute to inform you of my latest bone density results...I am very pleased to report improvement in the spine and femur...The latest total spine results went from -2.3 (2009) to -2.1 (2010).  The latest total femur scan improved from -1.7 (2009) to -1.6 (2010)...This year I had no individual scan results in the osteoporosis range.  (To qualify as osteoporosis, the T-score must be at or below -2.5) Last year I had FOUR individual results in the osteoporosis range.  Thank you so very much, for helping me improve my bone density.  I am convinced that without your dietary and supplement recommendations, I would not have made the improvements that I did.  I look forward to continued improvements.

I just wanted to take a moment to share the success I have experienced working with Dr. Munro.  I was experiencing a number of symptoms, extreme fatigue, frozen shoulder, stomach problems, sleeping difficulties, trouble concentrating, etc.  I went to a number of physicians, my primary care physician, neurologist, gynecologist, looking for someone to give me some answers.  I worked 20 hours a week part-time and these symptoms were affecting my ability to work.  My work suffered, I was forgetful, tired and just miserable for a year and a half.  I left my job and came home to try and get well.  My PCP recommended that I see a naturopath.  At this point I said to myself, why not, nothing else had worked.  One of the doctors I was seeing felt that I was depressed and needed medication for depression and I knew in my heart he was not right.  I went to Nature's Helper not really sold that this would help, but Dr. Munro listened to all of my concerns and assured me that we would figure out what was wrong and get me well and back to work.  It took a year, but the treatment that we discovered for my symptoms worked.  It turned my health totally around.  I have energy, I can concentrate, I am not sleeping all day, I was amazed!  I am currently working FULL TIME and am able to help contribute to my families household income.  Being ill and having to stop work was devastating and I am so grateful to Dr. Munro for her assistance in helping me get my life back.  Words can not truly express my gratitude.
