Dr. Stacey Munro is a naturopathic physician who specializes in the treatment of chronic health conditions.  Naturopathic medicine is a system of medicine that emphasizes the body's natural healing capability, rather than just treating symptoms.  Proper dietary and lifestyle habits are the foundation of good health.  In addition, Dr. Munro uses herbal medicine, homeopathy, and other therapies to nourish and support the body, mind, and spirit.

Originally from Vancouver, B.C., Dr. Munro spend most of her life in Portland, Oregon.  She received her bachelor of science from Oregon State University in 1995.  She graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona in 2005.  Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine is one of five, 4-year naturopathic medical schools in the U.S.  In July 2007, she traded sunscreen for a snow shovel and opened Nature's Helper Medical Clinic in Windsor, Connecticut where she continues to practice happily.
